Many departments seek to bring in new technology, sometimes called “commtech,” to help guide stakeholders and audiences along a content journey. These new tools offer exciting opportunities but will come at a price.
Many PR pros, however, are optimistic that their budgets will increase. In a recent survey we ran on PR Daily, most say they expect their budgets will either go up or remain the same.
