You get the new campaign from Red Lobster—cleverly titled “Sea food differently”—that features the company’s rank-and-file workers. The media blitz features the artist who designs Red Lobster’s menus, a crab fisherman in Alaska, and a cook in New York.
“We have a unique story to tell and that story is best told through our people,” Salli Setta, executive vice president for marketing at Red Lobster, told The New York Times. “We think of them as ‘the real people of Red Lobster.'”
