What are millennials (those between the ages of 18 and 29) doing to earn a living? Many are entrepreneurs, according to an infographic from Millennial Branding and Identified, Inc.
“Owner” is the fifth most popular job title among millennials on Facebook. The top title is “server,” followed by “manager,” “intern” and “sales associate.”
According to an article on Inc.com, these stats may be skewed. Business owners might be more prone to list their company and job title on Facebook for the extra publicity, whereas, say, a teacher wouldn’t. The article also suggests that “server” is the top title because entrepreneurial millennials are taking service jobs to pay for their start-ups.
