Journalist slaps PR pro during Fashion Week

And now the PR pro is suing the journalist—who is editor of a French fashion magazine—for $1 million.

If you’ve ever worked as a PR person, chances are you’ve wanted to slap a journalist.

Seldom do we follow through with these urges. But we are not Jennifer Eymere, editor of the most French-sounding fashion magazine of all time, Jalouse.

Eymere admitted to slapping Lynn Tesoro, the PR person in charge at a Zac Posen show during Fashion Week. According to reports, New York fire officials pulled 60 seats from the venue 30 minutes before the Zac Posen was scheduled to start. Tesoro, who works for the fashion line’s PR firm HL Group, was trying to find Eymere and her group (which included the French editor’s mom, Marie-José Susskind-Jalou, president of Jalou publishing house) seats when the incident occurred.
