KLM is ‘happy to help’ frustrated travelers
The Dutch airline’s customer service team found and bailed out stuck customers all over the world in the brand’s newest social media campaign.

Dutch airline KLM made it happen by searching social media to find and help frustrated travelers through its #happytohelp campaign:

The campaign involved 250 customer service representatives in a special Amsterdam-based command center scouring social media conversations and filming responses to customers’ problems.
