Kraft turns to Twitter—and tweetups—for its new product launch

Kraft’s DiGiorno brand frozen pizza has tapped PR firm Weber Shandwick for the launch of its latest product—via Twitter. Weber Shandwick plans to identify influential Twitter members to ask them to host tweetups—get-togethers organized through Twitter—that Kraft will cater with its new DiGiorno frozen pizzas. Kraft will also market the new product offline.
