A naval-sounding (and perhaps at times “Star Trek”-themed) interaction between a customer and a customer service rep has gone viral after it was featured in a Reddit post titled, “Best. Customer. Service. Exchange. Ever.”
A Netflix user who identified himself as “Norm” went back and forth with “Captain Mike of the good ship Netflix” completely in character. The issue at hand had to do with a problem Norm was having with an episode of “Parks and Recreation.”
Netflix confirmed to Venture Beat that the interaction was real.
