Obama admits ‘fumbles,’ but those are just words

Even President Obama himself said: Those who got cancelation notices do deserve and have received an apology from me, but they don’t want just words. What they want is whether we can make sure that they’re in a better place and that we meet that commitment. Chris Cillizza of The Washington Post offered this comment, saying President Obama’s apology had some impact:

Obama is taking his medicine here. Big time.
