The world probably has enough dating apps and websites, but that’s not stopping meat makers Oscar Mayer from entering the fray.
Meet Sizzl, the dating app for bacon lovers. Oscar Mayer says it’s “totally real” and allows its users to “specify their bacon preferences in a customizable profile, upload photos and start swiping through profiles of local fellow bacon lovers, with the ability to message and meet up with other Sizzl users based on a mutual-matching system,” according to a press release. Once a misguided soul downloads the app, they’re asked about their preferences when it comes to bacon (crispy or chewy). They’re asked some other questions, too, because the app is “totally real.”
