Chelsey Louzeiro

Chelsey Louzeiro is the Senior Internal Communications Manager for Heifer International. She is passionate about bridging colleagues, content, and culture across diverse, remote and international workforces. She has more than 11 years of experience fostering employee engagement, building communities, and driving strategic communication initiatives. In her current role, Louzeiro leads internal communications while supporting executive and change management communications, and manages Heifer’s 6X award-winning digital workplace. She lives in Arkansas with her husband and two dogs.
