Danielle Ernest

Danielle Ernest is the senior manager of social media and emerging platforms strategy in the office of corporate affairs at Amgen. In this role, she manages corporate enterprise-owned social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram and TikTok), plans and provides input on content strategy for corporate level for owned media channels, and has established and regulates Amgen’s brand voice and look on social media. She also works with the company’s Reputation Team to bring to bear social listening insights to inform content development, as well as Amgen’s media team to amplify earned content, events, and news release announcement. She established Amgen’s Instagram and TikTok, while obtaining the blue checkmark of verification. She previously was the external communications manager and also a social media specialist at Accuride International, and has also worked with The Walt Disney Co., Wollner Studios and 714 Media, among others.
