Molly Sproatt is a leader on the communications team at Baker Tilly US where she provides strategic expertise to teams across the organization on the best way to get the right message to the right people at the right time using the right technology. She also manages the most notable communication channel at Baker Tilly, their intranet, Live, which is considered the “home office” for 6,500+ team members around the globe, keeping them informed and engaged.
Before joining Baker Tilly four years ago, Sproatt spent a year at a global manufacturing company leading internal communications efforts and over eight years at Kohl’s Corporate in human resources executing HR communications and employee engagement strategies for their 100,000+ deskless workers. As a former teenage retail employee herself, the opportunities she had at Kohl’s Corporate sparked her passion for keeping employees of all levels informed and engaged to do their best work.
Sproatt holds a BA in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. When she’s offline, you can find her with her two young sons, cheering for Wisconsin sports teams (Go Pack go!), enjoying a new restaurant or on the couch watching the latest popular TV shows.
