Rick Knudtson

Rick Knudtson is the co-founder and CEO of Workshop, an email-first internal communications platform based in Omaha, NE. He’s helped grow Workshop into a platform trusted by more than 600 customers around the world, with a growing team and a new office in Dublin, Ireland. Rick believes that great communication sits at the heart of every great culture — and that when companies get it right, it makes for a lot more happy Mondays. Before Workshop, he co-founded Flywheel, a web-hosting platform acquired by WP Engine in 2019, where he helped scale the business to 250 global employees and over 30,000 customers.
