As the Global Head of Employee Digital Experience at Kraft Heinz, Tope’s focus is to increase employee productivity and creativity with the use of Technology. Tope is a thought leader on the topic of Future of Work/ Life, actively contributing towards research and experimentation in how we move, achieve objectives, connect and collaborate between physical and virtual spaces. She also a Board Member for the Institute of Work and Economy, YWCA and Illinois Science and Technology Coalition, exploring how societies and economies will achieve the promise of work and life. In addition to these, Tope also sits on the Board for the Luminarts Foundation of the Union League, exploring how we can fulfil the promise of life through the arts.
