Nine percent of Twitter users are inactive, according to HubSpot’s State of the Twittersphere 2009. That’s just one of the many interesting—and useful—nuggets from this report. Here’s another one: the average user tweets .97 times per day. And one more: 1.44 percent of all tweets are retweets.
