Rumor has it United Airlines is shopping for an agency
Word around the campfire is United Airlines might be looking for an agency of record. PRNewser contacted Robin Urbanski, the manager of media relations at United, who said, “We are evaluating how we best use both our internal and external resources.” United does not have an agency of record, Urbanski told PRNewser .
