Ryanair takes nickel-and-diming flyers to a new extreme

Ireland’s discount air carrier Ryanair will begin charging passengers $7.50 for online check-in—which will soon become the only way passengers can check in. But that’s not all. Ryanair will also collect a $60 fee from flyers who fail to print out their boarding pass at home. The company is calling it a “boarding card re-issue fee.” Ryanair is Europe’s biggest budget airline.
