San Francisco draws flak for hiring PR consultants
The city’s public transportation agency is facing a $20 million deficit, but it hired a PR contractor at $100,000.
Ask the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency.
Muni, as it’s called, is spending $100,000 for a public relations contractor just as it’s facing a $20 million deficit and the city is looking at a $380 million budget shortfall, according to the San Francisco Examiner.
The outside consultant was brought in to help with labor negotiations.
