I didn’t remember asking Siri to order Rosetta Stone, but low and behold … To sell the iPhone’s voice-activated personal assistant to more foreign markets, Siri is on her way to speaking a number of new languages, including Chinese, Korean, Italian, and Spanish. (via Advertising Age)

If you asked Siri to remind you when MTV’s Video Music Awards air, you might want to check whether she’s consulted with President Obama. While the ceremony will still take place Sept. 6, MTV has bumped the VMA broadcast up one hour so it won’t coincide with the president’s nationally televised speech that evening.

We couldn’t mention music today without offering condolences for the loss of disco queen Aunt Una Donna Summers who passed away Thursday morning after succumbing to cancer. She was 63.
