Study: Employees want more employer-offered retraining

Many organizations haven’t offered any continuing education in over a year, says a Clutch study. Here’s what that means for your team.

When was the last time you invested in training for your team or for yourself?

In a study from Clutch, half of respondents said it had been over a year since their employer offered training.

However, the study also says that employees want the training and that these programs are likely to lead to increased job satisfaction.

It wrote:

Experts believe that job retraining allows companies to improve their overall direction by improving employee retention and maximizing worker output.
