Study: For PR, social media savvy nearly as important as traditional media skills

A new study insists that hiring managers are nearly as concerned with a person’s social media savvy as they are his or her traditional media skills. That study, the 2009 Digital Readiness Report, also said PR departments are taking the lead with social media efforts at companies.
