Study: Half of marketers surveyed unhappy with Twitter ROI

Interesting results from a recent survey by BtoB magazine: Roughly half of the marketers and business owners who took part in the survey said they’re dissatisfied with the return on investment (ROI) of Twitter. This struck social media consultant Paul Gillin as odd, so he took a deeper look at the data.
