Study: Most marketers think they’re very or somewhat knowledge about social media

Two-thirds of marketers who work for organizations and have used any form of social media marketing or PR told MarketingSherpa that they consider themselves “very knowledgeable” or “somewhat knowledgeable” about Web 2.0. MarketingSherpa also found that “lack of knowledgeable” staff was the most significant barrier to social media adoption.
