Study: Social media not influencing women’s purchasing power

A study conducted by ad:tech and Q Interactive’s “Women Channel” has found that—among other things—social networks are not influencing buying decisions. Of the 1,000 women surveyed, 750 (75 percent) said that social networking sites “not really” or “not at all” influence what they buy.
