Study: The 10 most attractive companies for young professionals

And by attractive we don’t mean good looking. The study by Universum compiled a list of the companies for which young people want to work.

Wait! Before you answer that question, let me first say that there’s a 20 percent chance you’re going to say Google.

So, is it Google?

One in five young workers in the U.S. cited the search giant as their most desirable place to work, according to a survey by the consulting firm Universum. That makes Google No. 1 on Universum’s list of the most attractive places for young people to work for the second straight year. (And by attractive it doesn’t mean good looking.)

For the survey, young workers are considered college graduates under the age of 40 with one to eight years of work experience. Universum surveyed roughly 6,700 of them.
