Supermarket CEO asks employees to email him directly
The new CEO of Tesco gave employees—all 500,000 of them—his email address so he could read their feedback.
I will always communicate openly and transparently with you and I’d like to encourage the same from you in return. I want to hear your thoughts and ideas.
