TGI Fridays courts controversy with ‘AppCalling’ video

The promotion parodies a popular video about catcalling, replacing the women in the video with appetizers.

Last October, director Rob Bliss created the viral video “10 Hours of Walking in NYC as a Woman.” It shed light on the rampant harassment that women experience when they’re doing nothing more than walking through city streets.

Bliss is back, and what is he taking on now? Appetizers, ladies and gentlemen. Appetizers.
