The easiest rule to follow at a press conference
Jerry Sandusky’s lawyer broke it. You don’t have to.
During an impromptu press conference outside a Pennsylvania courthouse on Tuesday, the lawyer representing Jerry Sandusky committed an epic blunder.
Joe Amendola referenced the grand jury report claiming that Penn State assistant coach Mike McQueary saw Sandusky rape a boy in a campus locker room and later told university officials about it. The officials failed to notify police, the report says.
If you believe that, Amendola continued, “I suggest you dial 1-800-REALITY because that makes absolutely no sense.”
The number is for a gay sex phone line.
