“LinkedIn may have been known, when it started, as a job board or a place to spiff up your résumé when you’re looking for a job, but it’s so much more than that today,” Yumi Wilson, corporate communications manager for LinkedIn, says.

Wilson recommends corporate communicators invest time in their companies’ pages, groups and their personal profiles. Company pages are the perfect place to tell your brand’s story, groups are ideal for establishing yourself or your company as a thought leader, and personal profiles are your digital calling card.
