Baja beef gorditas aside, breakfast certainly has its place, and for many of us that place is at our desks at work.

Bloomberg Businessweek has done a favor for those of us who eat at our desks by providing some pointers for the perfect morning meal:

“A yogurt parfait is the perfect power breakfast,” Stephanie Middleberg, a registered dietician in New York, told the website. Start with a seven-ounce container of 2 percent Greek yogurt.
