Seemed Mitt Romney had an easy time in the Florida primary on Tuesday, and while nobody let it rain on his victory parade, the forecast did call for glitter. The GOP presidential candidate was bombed not once but twice by sparkles while continuing his campaign in Minnesota on Wednesday.

And it’s a campaign rapper K’Naan wants no part of, expressing outrage that the Republican hopeful had been using his song “Waving Flag” at various events along the trail without authorized consent. Said K’Naan, “If I had been asked, I would certainly not have granted it. I would happily grant the Obama campaign use of my song without prejudice.”

One thing that will no longer be used, at least at McDonald’s, is a now infamous “pink slime” made of beef trimmings rinsed in ammonium hydroxide (to help kill bacteria in the low-grade meat) and then added as filler to its hamburgers.
