Using real women as the subject of its holiday marketing, high-end department store Harvey Nichols empowers a lady’s morning-after “Walk of Shame.”

Speaking of morning-after, the FDA was wrestling with the notion of whether or not to remove age restrictions on who can buy the controversial Plan B, a move that would have made the drug over-the-counter rather than prescription. For now, however, regulators have kept access limited.
