No lie, back in the States, Google plans to rebrand Google Music and its eBookstore under a single name, Google Play.

Perhaps Newt Gingrich could use Google Play to find a new campaign anthem. His current one, Survivor’s “Eye of the Tiger,” landed him in court over copyright issues. Turns out he never got permission from the band. Now, the GOP candidate is calling for a U.S. District Court in Chicago to dismiss the lawsuit against him.
