From mad to Madison Avenue, where the people at Twitter’s new NYC locale are looking for some direct PR support—five years after the site’s launch. They’re reportedly in talks with a number of both large and small firms.

While Twitter is busy finding an agency to represent itself, Facebook hopes to have finally found a “happy medium” over its privacy controls. The company will enact new share options on Thursday that prompt users to specify which people get to see the updates they post.
