Time to start buying ads: They’re cheap and more people are looking

The cost to advertise on TV, radio, the Web and print is cheap—very cheap—due to the recession. For instance, ad slots on prime time TV are 25 percent cheaper than one year ago. With prices so low, this is a great time for small businesses to snatch up advertising spots. Plus, more people are staying home these days—watching TV and browsing the Web—so you’ll get more bang for your marketing buck.
