Twitter’s head of communications announces departure
Gabriel Stricker tweeted his exit as the social media platform said it’s looking to ‘shift [its] communications strategy and direction.’
Just weeks after Dick Costolo stepped down as the company’s CEO, Gabriel Stricker became its former head of communications.
Stricker had famously never used Twitter when he took the job after leaving Google in April 2012. Three years (and 32,000 followers) later, he sent this:

I won’t say Twitter throws Stricker under the bus with its statement announcing his departure, but it comes pretty darn close:
