Walmart mum on sex-bias lawsuit: Wise move—or potentially dangerous?

The big-box retailer is involved in what some are calling the year’s ‘most important’ Supreme Court case, but you wouldn’t know it by looking at the company’s website.

Just take a spin around Walmart’s corporate website.

It appears everything is hunky-dory in the land of low-cost merchandise. There are links to the company’s aid efforts in Japan and to its job creation in Chicago as it plans to expand there.

Nothing about a lawsuit, though.

The court is determining whether the women who filed the claim in Walmart v. Dukes have established enough of a common pattern of mistreatment to move the case forward.
