It’s safe to say we have all signed on to a Wi-Fi network, and more than likely, we have our own versions of “IPoopedInSpace.”
The website WTFwifi.com aims to call attention to interesting, unique and funny Wi-Fi network names. The site’s founder, Alexandra Janelli, spoke with the Daily Northwestern about her super-niche fascination:
“For me the personal success was following through on something. People said it’s stupid, it’s dumb. Even my parents said, ‘I don’t get it’ when I started.”
Visiting Janelli’s site will potentially make you feel uncreative if you have named your home Wi-Fi network something like, oh, say, “Kevin’s Network.”
