Be careful when you click on those terms of service for that free Wi-Fi you so desperately need. It may cost you your first-born child.

Online security company F-Secure wanted to show everyone just how insecure their data is when they blindly hop on to free Wi-Fi. So, they set up a hotspot of their own and watched as people shared their data. The company set up a pair of experiments, detailed in the report ” Tainted Love: How Wi-Fi Betrays Us.”

It’s an interesting approach to content marketing: Scare the hell out of everyone and sit back as your message spreads.
