Why you should stop ignoring those @ tweets

Report: Twitter users likelier to buy from a company that responds to their “mention” tweets.

Twitter users are 64 percent more likely to make a purchase from a business that answers their questions on Twitter, according to an inboxQ survey. It also noted that users are 59 percent more likely to follow businesses that answer their questions.

The lesson here: Answering questions on Twitter = good. Ignoring questions on Twitter = bad.
