With @earlybird, Twitter gives users exclusive discounts

Twitter’s  @earlybird provides exclusive offers from Twitter’s select advertising partners. Think of it as Groupon meets the Twitter stream. The account attracted more than 21,000 followers after its  first tweet (“I get the worm, now you can too”).
