With more than 3 million views, ‘United Breaks Guitars’ becomes PR nightmare for airline

Less than two weeks ago, Canadian musician Dave Carroll posted a music video to YouTube for his song “United Breaks Guitars,” which tells the story of United Airlines allegedly breaking his guitar and failing to adequately compensate him.
