You are what you measure
I’ve looked at a lot of social media measurement tools — some good, others not so good, and some, well, I’m not sure what they’re doing. So what are you doing? If you’re like most people you are still examining what’s going on. One person to follow on the subject is Don Bartholomew (a.k.a., MetricsMan ).
