Fox had a secret to his success, but since he isn’t sharing it, the rest of us are forced to use our imaginations. Unfortunately, we often get it wrong, or so this napkin sketch credited to author, comedian Demetri Martin’s “This is a Book” would lead us to believe. (via Business Insider) Jay-Z is certainly familiar with success,, judging from his face, he knows it, too. Don’t believe me? Then check out this random photo gallery from Complex of 25 pictures showing the happy rapper laughing (most likely because he’s married to People magazine’s most beautiful woman in the world, Beyoncé,, you are not). That’s probably one marriage in which nobody’s “faking it,” which is more than Social Media Explorer can say about marketers’ attempt at online engagement. Here’s one idea for building a better relationship with your audience: Create a hashtag campaign on Twitter. But how? Social Media Today explains. If you follow that advice, you might want to follow this guide for avoiding hashtag blunders. Of course, social media, digital strategizing aren’t for everyone, at least not career-wise. That being the case, I suggest you look for a new gig on one of the top 10 PR, communications job boards. Some former employees at Meredith Corp. will want look at those job boards. The publisher of titles such as Ladies’ Home Journal, Fitness, Better Homes, Gardens,, Every Day with Rachel Ray announced the elimination of 80 full-time positions. Losing your job is horrifying—so is hearing your seven-year-old repeat the words “Let’s play sex.” That’s what one mother in South London discovered when her daughter’s talking Dora the Explorer toy taught the child the catchphrase. More like Dora the Sexplorer. Hugh Hefner, on the other hand, is someone whose tales about sex are far less surprising; however, it’s politics that the original Playboy is discussing most recently. While talking about what he’s labeled the Republican party’s “war against sex,” Hefner said he believes the GOP, “repressed conservatives” are “pounding on America’s bedroom door” as they obstruct the nation’s sexual liberties. More than 200 years ago, Patrick Henry said, “Give me liberty, or give me death.” Today, people would probably swap liberty for an iPhone. The New York Times reports that Apple’s profits for the popular device are up 88 percent compared to a year ago,, iPad sales have more than doubled. I would gladly give up my stockpile of Apple products for a chance to try Pizza Hut’s new “Crown Crust Pizza,” which features a cheeseburger crust. That’s right—I said cheeseburger crust. Too bad it’s only available in the Middle East.{/%BODYCOPY%} {%ID%}11471{/%ID%} {%DATAID%}b5924b21-54a3-4008-92ff-67e1841e66ae{/%DATAID%} {%CanonicalUrl%}{/%CanonicalUrl%} {%PUBLISHDATE%}4/25/2012 1:59:40 PM{/%PUBLISHDATE%} {%LINK%}https://www.prdaily.com/Main/Articles/11471.aspx{/%LINK%} {%BYLINE%}
