With many blogs and media reports talking about Nestle’s response to angry critics on Facebook, the company has quickly become the latest whipping boy/example of what not to do when an online PR crisis strikes. It may provide little solace for Nestle now, but it certainly isn’t the only company — nor will it be the last — to get caught up in a PR disaster.
