Erica Butler works as a strategic mind within the Culture & Strategic Impact team at Mountain America Credit Union, striving to elevate the employee experience every single day. Whether she’s analyzing trends or crafting insights that drive smart decisions, Erica is all about making work feel more human—and more impactful.

She was instrumental in designing and measuring the Team Member Experience Blueprint, a bold initiative to intentionally shape and strengthen workplace culture. Today, she leads the charge on onboarding and offboarding programs and steers the internal listening strategy—ensuring every voice is heard and every journey starts and ends with care.

Before this, Erica served as Director of Knowledge Management, where she mastered the art of timely, accurate information and built powerful business partnerships. Her career journey also includes meaningful roles at Intermountain Healthcare, JPMorgan Chase, and GE Capital Financial, where she earned her Green Belt in Six Sigma.

Erica holds a Bachelor of Science from Westminster University and a Master of Interdisciplinary Studies in Professional Communications and Organizational Leadership from Southern Utah University. She’s also a Certified Knowledge Manager (CKM) and PROSCI-certified in change management.

Outside of work, she’s a beekeeper and farm hobbyist. She also has a passion for travel and learning about different cultures, always seeking new perspectives and experiences.
