Are you using Facebook Places? Evidence suggests it’s a flop

Last month, Facebook unveiled its answer to Foursquare, the geo-location website popular among social media enthusiasts. It’s called Facebook Places, and so far it’s a bust, says Dan Frommer, a senior writer for The Business Insider . Frommer polled his 977 Facebook friends and found that a mere 2 percent of them are using Places. Sure, that evidence is anecdotal — but are you using Places?
