A senior media planner at an undisclosed advertising agency in Chicago sent this resignation letter recently, which includes a list of 10 reasons why he’s resigning. Here’s No. 5 on the list: “So I don’t have to ask you how your weekend was—I don’t care. It’s exhausting listening to you and pretending to care then sugar coating my own weekend stories so you don’t recoil in horror.”
