Bulldog Reporter, the 35-year-old media stalwart that covered the public relations industry, has closed its doors.
The news comes despite the PR profession itself seeing rapid growth in recent years. Bulldog Reporter’s publisher, Jim Sinkinson, told O’Dwyer’s, “While this decision is a bit sad, it is also tinged with great pride. The Bulldog Reporter team served this dynamic industry for 35 exciting years, providing decades of actionable information that encouraged higher standards of performance and superior results.”
The O’Dwyer’s post highlights several publications (some owned by PRDaily publisher Ragan Communications) that have either ceased operations or switched to an all-digital model.
