Busiest time for brands on Facebook: Wednesday at 3

The study, by social media management firm Vitrue, analyzed Facebook activity from August 2007 to October 2010 from more than 1,500 brand streams — that includes more than 1.64 million posts and 7.56 million comments, reports Mashable . Facebook users are most active on brand or company channels on weekdays, according to the study. The three times when activity peaks are 11 a.m., 3 p.m., and 8 p.m. Eastern Time.
